Cory Schlesinger is a highly respected strength and conditioning coach with significant experience in professional sports, including roles with the NBA's Phoenix Suns and Stanford University's athletic programs. Cory’s innovative and evidence-driven approach to training elite athletes ensures he provides actionable, cutting-edge insights into maximizing physical performance, enhancing durability, and fostering athletic longevity. His depth of practical expertise makes him ideal for coaches who are serious about applying professional-level conditioning principles in their own programs.

Alec Blenis is a competitive athlete, strength and conditioning coach, and educator with a decade of experience working with athletes across a wide range of disciplines. He has coached thousands of individuals both in person and remotely, from endurance athletes, powerlifters, and tactical professionals to busy parents, weekend warriors, and first-time athletes. As a lifelong athlete himself, Alec has competed in ultramarathons, obstacle course racing, and CrossFit, including setting a Murph world record in 2021. With a passion for making high-level coaching accessible, he brings real-world performance experience to his work.

Tatum Brandt is the founder of Brandt Creative Co., a creative agency specializing in branding and web design for fitness, sport, and wellness brands. Since launching her agency in 2019, she has helped more than 200 founders and startups build bold, memorable brands that stand out in crowded markets through clear messaging, strategic design, and strong digital experiences. Known for her deep-dive analysis of brands and as a creative guide to the fitness industry, Tatum has built a reputation for helping founders simplify complex ideas into compelling brands that earn attention, build trust, and support long-term growth.

Joe Pedulla is the owner of Pedulla Performance LLC and currently serves as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Oklahoma, where he works with Softball and Women’s Golf. He previously coached in the Kansas City Royals minor league system and also led high school baseball strength and conditioning at Ghost Lab NJ during the offseason. Joe began his career as a private strength coach working with high school and collegiate athletes after interning at TCU. He is CSCS certified through the NSCA and specializes in baseball and softball athlete development while also mentoring a growing community of coaches through Pedulla Performance.

Jon Heck is a strength and conditioning coach, nutrition coach, and the owner of Hammer and Chisel Performance. A former four-year starter and two-time All-ACC selection at offensive tackle for the University of North Carolina, Jon built nearly a decade of experience in football performance at both the NFL and Division I college levels, including roles with the Carolina Panthers, Houston Texans, UNC, and Troy University. With a background in exercise sport science and a longtime passion for strength sports, Jon has coached elite strongman competitors, NFL athletes, endurance athletes, and general population clients while bringing a practical, performance-driven approach to training and nutrition.

Katie Dabrowski is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is passionate about bridging the gap between strength training, injury rehabilitation, and performance to optimize outcomes. With a background in neuroscience and experience in research, she brings an evidence-informed approach that blends pain science, movement, and strength to support lasting results. Katie is committed to changing the perception of physical therapy through truly individualized, one-on-one care that builds trust and long-term relationships. She works with a wide range of patients, especially strength athletes, coaches, endurance athletes, and those dealing with exercise-induced migraines, while drawing from her own background in rowing and strength training.

Coach Kula is a veteran track and field, football, and sport performance coach with nearly three decades of experience developing athletes at every level, from youth and high school to Division I and professional sports. Throughout his career, he has coached National Champions, All-Americans, Gatorade Players of the Year, and state champions across multiple sports while leading programs in strength, speed, agility, conditioning, recovery, and nutrition. A CSCS-certified coach with a background in kinesiology, Kula is widely respected for his ability to help athletes maximize their potential through high-level training and long-term development. His work has impacted athletes from more than 36 universities as well as elite performers across the NFL, NWSL, NHL, and Olympic competition.

There is an early bird workout option for Saturday morning. If participating, bring a change of clothes.
Registration is 50% refundable up to one month (May 12th) from conference date, and 25% refundable up to 7 days prior (June 5th). Registration is non-refundable after June 5th.
Welcome dinner is provided Friday evening. Light breakfast items are provided upon conference arrival Saturday morning. Saturday lunch is included on site. Attendees are permitted to enter with food and drink and have during sessions.
