Tim Riley is a seasoned Performance Coach based in Austin, TX, with over 8 years of experience working with athletes at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. Specializing in strength and conditioning, Tim has become a trusted coach for elite athletes, currently leading training sessions for NFL, NBA, PLL, and AVP athletes. His expertise has been pivotal in preparing athletes for the NBA and NFL combines, helping them reach their peak performance.
Tim’s journey into performance coaching is rooted in his personal experiences and a passion for sports that began at an early age. Despite growing up in a challenging environment, Tim found solace and purpose in athletics. His dedication to fitness and personal development transformed his life, guiding him to a career where he now helps others achieve their goals.
Tim's coaching philosophy extends beyond physical conditioning. He believes in building mental resilience, consistency, and the ability to push through discomfort to reach one's full potential. His approach is holistic, focusing on both the physical and psychological aspects of athletic performance, which has made him a mentor and role model to the athletes he trains.

Zack Zillner is the Sports Performance Coach for the University of Texas Women's Basketball team, currently in his seventh season. Under his leadership, the Longhorns have won three Big 12 Tournament Championships and made multiple NCAA Elite Eight appearances. The 2023-24 season was a standout, with Texas achieving its highest win total since 1985-86, and Madison Booker earning WBCA All-America honors, along with Big 12 Player and Freshman of the Year titles.
Before joining Texas, Zillner was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Kansas, where he worked with top athletes in basketball and track and field. He has also held key roles at the University of Illinois and the University of Southern Mississippi, contributing to team successes and player development.
A graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Sport Science, Zillner is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds several specialized certifications, including one from the Titleist Performance Institute. He is currently pursuing an MBA from his alma mater, further enhancing his expertise in sports management.
Zillner’s coaching approach is shaped by his own experiences as an athlete and his commitment to continuous learning, making him a highly respected figure in the sports performance community.
